Will the plugin appdomains be shared across FBOD sites? It totally makes sense from a resource perspective, but introduces the possibility of data leakage across FBOD sites.

We're still working on this one.  The issues is as you mentioned balancing resource consumption vs. the risk of data leakage.  The plan now is to release Beta 2 with approved plugins enabled with no shared appdomains to try to gather some information on resource consumption on On Demand.
