What would be the proper way to build a Bug URL?

As per the topic, if I have a Bug ID (ixBug) how do I build a URL to view the Bug?

Use BaseUrl() and concatenate "pgx=EV&ixBug=###"?

You can use FogCreek.FogBugz.Url.BugViewUrl(int ixBug)
