Discussion for FogBugz Plugin developers
The service is running, but it is not hitting the FogBugz Install. I suspected this is because of a 32/64 bit registry thing, so I saved the Fog Creek Software key (which was located in the 32bit section) and edited the reg file removing the /Wow6432Node from each line that had it and imported the file. This fixed the problem.
This isn't entirely an installer bug.
* It still automatically sets the app pool to be 32 bit, though this is no longer needed
* The installer should store the settings in the 32 or 64 bit sections of the registry, depending on which has been already been set as the default by the user.
Maintenance Service issues
* it only appears to check the 64bit section of the registry which means that when IIS is set to 32 bit mode (which the installer does currently), then it doesn't see the FB install.
