I tried to build a replica of the "Create New Milestone" dialog.

For reference, the original dialog looks like this (red box is the dialog item which I'm talking about):

The one implemented with Forms.DateInputCTZ looks like this:

So my observations are:
- the width is way too large, this doesn't make sense (only the help text should use the full width I think)
- the no-date-placeholder is different, but I can't see a way to configure this
