Plugin Author Terms and Conditions

These terms have yet to be reviewed by a lawyer and are subject to change, at which point we will ask you to re-sign them.  Our non-legalese approximation:

1. I give Fog Creek the right to distribute my software as submitted for free without any restrictions
2. I retain the copyright on any software written by me
3. I certify that the software submitted does not do anything illegal or malicious
4. I certify that the software submitted does not reveal user data without their approval
5. I release Fog Creek Software from any responsibility for the contents or actions of the software submitted
